Team Château d’Orion
A small team of dedicated employees is working here on site in France and also in Germany to implement the concepts and ideas. In addition, there are from time to time volunteers joining in. They help to carry out different projects or assist at necessary work in the house or the garden. Please do not hesitate to ask us for current availabilities. The team of Château d’Orion looks forward to welcoming you all year around.
Elke & Tobias Premauer
In 2003, the German family Premauer took over the country house from the 17th century, resuscitated it and turned it into a center of encounter. The former journalist and the manager were impelled to do so by their search for a succeeding life, the longing for a space that allows free thinking as well as the interest in people and their stories.
Nicola Janssen
In order to ensure that our guests feel at home, Nicola takes care of the cleanliness in the château and always has a friendly smile on her face.
Cathy Lacourt
Passionately, Cathy looks after the château’s garden with its wide variety of forgotten types of vegetables and plants. She also comes in and makes the living museum shine in new splendor.
Téo
He was a very kind fellow. You met him underneath the sycamore tree where he listened to the guest’s talking and enjoyed the sun. He died in March 2020. We miss him.
Praline
Life is a game, that’s her motto. The unrestrained curiosity and fun in exploring induce her daily to do a foray.
Filou
Just letting go and taking a good rest - Filou demonstrates how that works. The little furball is the youngest member of our team.
